Right of Retraction - Satisfied or Reimbursed

HobbyStore allows you 15 working days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice and a completed and signed return goods voucher (click on the returns button for the request).
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

Only new and complete (accessories, manuals etc) products will be accepted, returned in their original packaging.

Any product that has been damaged, or not in it’s original packaging, or packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product will not be reimbursed, or may be partially reimbursed as per the following conditions. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged to HobbyStore, the product’s value will be discounted according the diagnostic test performed by HobbyStore's After Sales Service. HobbyStore will justify its decision in writing to the customer based on the After Sales Service’s remarks.  

The deadlines mentioned above are effective as of the date of reception of the order.
If you do not have the return goods voucher, our Customer Service Department will be happy to send you one by email. Please make request by clicking here. This document is necessary, as your return will not be accepted without it.

The right of retraction is exercised without penalty, save for shipping fees.
If tests need to be conducted on the product, in the framework of the right of retraction, HobbyStore will do its best to reimburse the User as quickly as possible.
The time period depends on the nature of the technical tests performed, by the After Sales Service of the manufacturer on your equipment, for a maximum period of 3 weeks.

For reimbursements, the User will be reimbursed by bank transfer if payment was made by bank card, or by cheque in other cases. If the User paid by bank card (via a bank card reader) at a Pick Up Store, reimbursement will be made by cheque.

10. Returns

For any returned package, you must return it by Post (or another carrier) along with your return voucher at the following address:

Please note that shipping fees are the client’s responsibility except if the product does not conform to the description of said product (the client is responsible for any damage done during shipping of the returned goods).

For the period covered under warranty, the client must return the product to HobbyStore’S After Sales Service.
